With a professional real estate qualification from Germany, over 15 years of international experience in commercial and residential real estate, and an established network of trusted agencies and industry professionals in Puerto Escondido since 2019, I help buyers, sellers and investors make informed decisions based on their needs, not sales targets. My priority is helping you find the right property for you, whether you are looking for a new home, land, a vacation property, or an investment opportunity.

Buying property in Mexico, especially on the Oaxacan coast, can be very different from buying elsewhere. I accompany you through the process: checking title documents, reviewing contracts before you sign, and connecting you with trusted notarios and real estate attorneys in the area who have the experience, knowledge and understanding of your specific needs. I am not a notario público and not a licensed attorney. My role is to make sure you understand every document and that the right professionals are doing the formal work.

Vacation Rental Management

For owners who want their place looked after, and guests who want a real answer.

I manage a small number of short-term rental properties in Puerto Escondido on behalf of their owners and provide personalized booking support and guest communication. Whenever possible I personally welcome guests at check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and share local recommendations for an enjoyable stay. It is not a booking platform, though platform bookings (e.g. Airbnb) are partly possible too.

What this is not: Not a booking platform. Availability is confirmed personally, payments are handled by the owner's channels or directly by the owner, and this site takes no payments.

Concierge Services

The local friend you would otherwise have to hope you make.

I arrange the practical parts of a stay in Puerto Escondido: airport transfers, tours and activities, and honest recommendations based on what is actually good right now and what you are looking for. It is a personal service arranged over WhatsApp, not an app or a package tour desk.

What this is not: Not a tour operator and not a travel agency. I arrange with local providers on your behalf, and you pay those providers directly.
