I arrange the practical parts of a stay in Puerto Escondido: airport transfers, tours and activities, and honest recommendations based on what is actually good right now and what you are looking for. It is a personal service arranged over WhatsApp, not an app or a package tour desk.
What this is
Practical help during a stay: airport transfers, tours and activities with local operators, in-house services, restaurant recommendations, and someone to call in English, German or Spanish when something goes wrong.
What this is not
Not a tour operator and not a travel agency. I arrange with local providers on your behalf, and you pay those providers directly.
What a concierge service actually covers here
Concretely: I book your airport pickup with a driver I know, arrange a boat trip or a tour to the waterfalls, organise a private yoga lesson or a masseuse at the house, source a rental car, motorbike or scooter, and tell you which pharmacy, doctor or laundry to use.
It is not a fixed package. You tell me what you want your week to look like and I make the calls, in Spanish, to people I already work with.
Examples of what people ask for
Airport pickup and drop-off at Puerto Escondido (PXM) or Huatulco (HUX), including late-night arrivals. Dolphin and turtle boat trips at sunrise. Bioluminescence tours at the lagoon. Why go through me rather than book online
A large share of the good operators in Puerto Escondido have no online booking, no English website, and answer only WhatsApp. The ones that rank first online are frequently the ones paying for placement, not the ones running the best trip.
I have used these people, and if a tour is not worth the money I will tell you so.

Common questions
- Do I have to be renting through you to use the concierge service?
- No. Guests in my managed properties get it as part of the stay, but I also arrange concierge services for people staying elsewhere and for clients visiting to look at property.
- How far in advance should I ask?
- For an airport transfer, 48 hours is usually enough. For a boat trip or a private chef in high season (Christmas, Semana Santa, July and August), please give me a few days to a week and some flexibility with the dates. A 50% down payment is typically required for tours.
- How is the concierge service charged?
- Some things carry a small arrangement fee, and some, like restaurant and food recommendations, do not. You will always be told the price before anything is booked, and you pay the operator directly for tours and transfers, often as a 50% upfront payment and 50% directly before the service.
